Advocacy & Mentoring

At Wattle & Wave, these services exist because too many women walk through complex, traumatic and isolating experiences without the support, clarity or understanding they deserve.

My advocacy and mentoring work is grounded in lived experience, professional insight, and a deep commitment to helping others feel seen, supported and equipped.

Whether someone is navigating family law, rebuilding after crisis, managing a neurodiverse household, or trying to reclaim a sense of identity and direction, this stream of my business is built to provide practical guidance with a trauma-informed, human-first approach.

I created this service offering because I know firsthand that systems can feel overwhelming, broken, or stacked against you—and yet with the right support, clarity and courage, individuals can rise stronger and more empowered.

Through mentoring, advocacy support and guest speaking, I help people and organisations understand the realities of coercive control, trauma, system gaps and resilience.

My goal is to blend lived truth, professional knowledge and genuine compassion to create impact: whether that’s in a one-on-one session, through a community workshop, or as a voice for change on a stage.
